Wei-Chang Li

Wei-Chang Li joined the Institute of Applied Mechanics at National Taiwan University in 2016 as an Assistant Professor. Prior to starting at NTU, he was a MEMS design engineer at mCube Inc., San Jose. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2003 and 2005, respectively. He received the Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2015. His research interest focuses on resonant microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and includes vibro-impact system enabled technologies and zero-power mechanical signal processing/computing.


Chun-Pu Tsai (蔡淳樸)

Chun-Pu Tsai received the B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Tainan, Taiwan in 2016. He received the M.S. degree from Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University in 2019 and is now pursuing his Ph.D. degree. His research topic is advanced MEMS resoswitch technology.


Bo-Han Chen (陳柏翰)

Bo-Han Chen received the B.S. degree in Department of Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering from National Chung-Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan in 2019. He received the M.S. degree from Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University in 2021 and is now pursuing his Ph.D. degree. His research topic is thermal error compensation in machine tools.


Ting-Yi Chen (陳庭毅)

Ting-Yi Chen received the B.S. degree in Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics from National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan in 2020. He is now studying at the Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University for his Ph.D. degree. His research project is acoustic resoswitches.


Shang-Yu Lin (林上裕)

Shang-Yu Lin received the B.S. degree in Department of Mechanical Engineering from National Chung Hsing University, Taichung, Taiwan in 2020. He is now studying at the Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University for his M.S. degree. His research project is cutting force sensors for machine tool wear prediction.


Hong-Bang Hsiang (洪邦祥)

Hong-Bang Hsiang received the B.S. and M.S. degree from National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan in 2010 and 2012, respectively. He is now studying at the Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University for his Ph.D. degree. His research project focuses on CNC machine tool servo and motion parameter tunning for contour error optimization.


Yi-Hsuan Huang (黃藝軒)

Yi-Hsuan Huang received the B.S. degree in Department of Aerospace and Systems Engineering from Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan in 2021. He is now studying at the Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University for his M.S. degree. His research project is triboelectric nanogenerator-based zero-power wake-up receiver.

I-Chieh Hsieh received the B.S. degree in Department of Marine Engineering from National Taiwan Ocean University, Keelung, Taiwan in 2021. She is now studying at the Institute of Applied Mechanics, National Taiwan University for her M.S. degree. Her research project is novel temperature compensation techniques for MEMS resonant sensors.
