Special Topics on Microsensors (Spring’17)

Details

This course teaches the principles of widely used microsensors, including motion, pressure, and ultrasonic sensors. In addition to lectures, students will have a 3-hr/week laboratory to learn characterization of these sensors using open-source microprocessors.
